Note: All Prices are based on double occupancy per room. Additional guest will be charged according to hotel policy.

• Original passport having minimum 7 months of validity from the date of travel

• Fresh bank statement of 6 months with minimum PKR 400,000 balance
• Bank account maintenance letter (statement & maintenance letter stamped and verified by bank)
• Copy of NTN
• Copy of CNIC (front & back)
• Last 3 months' salary slips (if employed)
• Visa request on company's letterhead
• Confirmed air ticket
• Two passport size photographs with white background
• Original bank deposit slip of PKR 200; deposited in same account as of attached bank statement.

• Rates valid from Sep – Dec 2025 except on special event days like Christmas and New Year etc.
• The estimated price of an international ticket has been added which is Rs. 250,000 per head but will be charged as per the actual rate when dates are finalized. Package prices will be updated accordingly, which may increase or decrease slightly.
• Hotels are subject to availability. A similar category will be provided in case the mentioned hotel is not available. You will be asked before any booking.
• Rates are being quoted in PKR as per the current USD rate in the open market which is 1 USD = 284 PKR. In case of abrupt fluctuations, the package price will be updated.
• Each hotel has its own child policy. Please reconfirm with us before booking.
• Every hotel may have different policies for extra beds. Please check with us before confirmation.
• Transportation is included in the tour package for 6–8 hours, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 6:00 PM. If the guest arrives late for personal reasons, the agency is not responsible for delays.
• Standard hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM (3:00 PM for some branches), and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
• The vehicle will follow the schedule provided in the program. Groups should leave the hotel promptly to ensure timely departures for tours.
• No refunds will be issued for unused accommodations, missed meals, transportation, or other services.
• Please ensure you have valid travel documents (passports and visas) throughout the tour. The agency is not responsible for issues arising from expired, cancelled, or refused travel documents, and the traveller will bear any resulting expenses.
• The hotel allocates rooms or resorts at check-in.
• The agency is not responsible for refunds, compensation, or claims due to a shortage of tour days, cancellations, re-routing, or delays of scheduled transport services (including weather-related issues like fog). Cancellation and refund policies will apply.
• We recommend reconfirming your flight times directly with the airline to avoid disruptions caused by schedule changes.
• The final decision regarding visa applications rests solely with the respective embassy or consulate.
• These are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
• The travel agency is only responsible for booking rooms, transfers, and sightseeing. We are not liable for the facilities, amenities, or complimentary services the hotel or resort offers. Any service changes due to weather, delays, or management decisions are beyond our control.
• The agency reserves the right to amend the itinerary. All services will remain the same, but the client will bear any additional costs in case of flight changes or cancellations.
• Charges for optional services such as room service, mini bar, snacks, or phone calls are not included and must be paid by the guest upon check-out.
• The agency is not responsible for refunds or compensation for missed non-operational activities due to adverse weather conditions or technical issues.
• A physical printout of the visa is required. Soft copies will not be accepted.
