Day 1
TRANSFER TO THE HOTEL

- Sightseeing of Flame Towers, the tallest skyscraper in Baku
- Walking through Baku Boulevard

- Tour continues with Baku's Old City (Inner City) The historical heart of the capital featuring landmarks like the Maiden Tower and the Palace of the Shirvanshahs

Cancellation Policy
- In case of trip modification by the client after booking, cancellation charges will apply.
- The advance amount will be adjusted and can be used for any trip within the next 6 months.
- 15 days before departure: 100% of the advance amount will be adjustable.
- 7 days before departure: 50% deduction will apply, and the remaining amount will be adjusted.
- Less than 3 days before departure: 100% of the amount will be deducted.
- No refund will be issued if the client cancels the tour after departure.
- In case of flight cancellation, any extra day charges will be applied accordingly.
Important Notes
- Rates are valid from May–September 2025, except on special event days such as Christmas and New Year.
- The estimated international ticket price is PKR 160,000 per person. However, the final amount will be charged according to the actual rate at the time of booking confirmation. Package prices may be updated accordingly and may increase or decrease slightly.
- Hotels are subject to availability. If the mentioned hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided. Clients will be informed before any booking is confirmed.
- Rates are quoted in PKR based on the current USD exchange rate in the open market (1 USD = 280 PKR). In case of significant fluctuations, the package price will be adjusted accordingly.
- Each hotel has its own child policy. Please confirm before booking.
- Extra bed policies vary by hotel. Please reconfirm before final confirmation.
- Transportation is included in the tour package for 6–8 hours daily, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 6:00 PM. The agency is not responsible for delays caused by late arrivals due to personal reasons.
- Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM (3:00 PM at some properties), and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Vehicles will follow the scheduled itinerary. Groups must depart the hotel on time to ensure timely tour operations.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services, including accommodation, meals, transportation, or any other included services.
- Guests must ensure valid travel documents (passport and visa) throughout the tour. The agency is not responsible for any issues arising from expired, canceled, or refused documents, and all related expenses will be borne by the traveler.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel at the time of check-in.
- The agency is not responsible for refunds, compensation, or claims due to shortened tours, cancellations, rerouting, or delays in transportation (including weather-related issues such as fog). Standard cancellation policies will apply.
- It is strongly recommended to reconfirm flight timings directly with the airline to avoid disruptions due to schedule changes.
- Visa approval decisions rest solely with the respective embassy or consulate.
- All services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- The travel agency is responsible only for booking hotels, transfers, and sightseeing services. It is not liable for hotel facilities, amenities, or complimentary services. Any changes due to weather, delays, or management decisions are beyond its control.
- The agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary. All core services will remain unchanged, but any additional costs arising from flight changes or cancellations will be borne by the client.
- Charges for optional services such as room service, minibar, snacks, or phone calls are not included and must be paid directly by the guest at checkout.
- The agency is not responsible for refunds or compensation for missed non-operational activities due to weather conditions or technical issues.
- A printed copy of the visa is mandatory. Soft copies will not be accepted.
Terms & Conditions
- Please bring your National Identity Card (CNIC) and a copy of it (mandatory).
- The Company reserves the right to refuse any participant without a CNIC to board the trip, without any refund or adjustment.
- The Company reserves the full right to change, alter, or modify the trip schedule without prior notice. This may occur due to hotel availability or unforeseen circumstances such as traffic jams, landslides, riots, terrorist activity, political unrest, bad weather, or any situation deemed necessary in the best interest of the group.
- Participants must not engage in any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to the use of offensive or obscene language. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip without refund or adjustment if this condition is violated.
- Participants must respect the privacy and dignity of other travelers. The Company reserves the right to remove any person from the trip without warning in case of non-compliance.
- If the trip is cancelled before departure due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company’s control, participants will receive a refund after a 20% deduction and/or any administrative costs incurred.
- Basic accommodation will be provided in all hotels, except where specific room details are mentioned in advance.
- If a participant cancels their booking within the last three days before departure, the Company reserves the right to deduct up to 100% of the total amount, including any administrative costs.
- Participants confirm that they will not carry any explosives, weapons, or prohibited drugs during the trip. Anyone found in possession of such items will be immediately removed from the trip without refund or adjustment.
- The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip, regardless of value.
- Participants must handle all company-provided equipment with care. Any damage caused intentionally or negligently must be compensated by the participant.
- The Company will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of participants. However, it shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances.
