Overview
Skardu is a breathtaking mountain city in Gilgit-Baltistan, surrounded by some of the world’s highest peaks, including those of the Karakoram Range. It is famous for its crystal-clear lakes, cold deserts, ancient forts, and dramatic landscapes. Skardu is also a major gateway for treks to K2, the world’s second-highest mountain.
