About De Exotic Travellers

About

DÉ Exotic Travellers is a licensed travel company based in Lahore, committed to delivering exceptional travel experiences with comfort, elegance and reliability. Since 2014, we have been connecting travelers to the world through expertly designed journeys tailored to their needs, operating as a government registered travel agency under Licence No. LHR-12472, issued by the Department of Tourist Services, Government of Pakistan, under the Travel Agencies Act 1976.

Over more than a decade of operation, we have grown from a single Gulberg based office into one of Lahore’s established travel agencies and destination management companies, with a portfolio that spans domestic tourism, international holidays, and religious travel. Our domestic packages cover the northern regions of Pakistan, including Hunza, Skardu, Naran, Swat, and Fairy Meadows, arranged by both road and air depending on a traveler’s time and preferences. Internationally, we plan holiday packages to destinations including Malaysia, Thailand, Bali, Sri Lanka, the Maldives and Baku, alongside full Hajj and Umrah arrangements covering visa processing, flights and accommodation.

We work across four main areas: individual and family travel, corporate travel and group retreats, custom itinerary planning and religious travel for Hajj and Umrah. Each journey is planned end to end, transport, accommodation and an experienced guide, so clients are not left managing logistics once a trip begins. This approach has helped us serve thousands of travelers over the years, reflected in a rating of 4.6 stars across more than 800 Google reviews.

Whether the goal is a short domestic getaway, a luxury international holiday, a corporate retreat or a fully arranged Hajj or Umrah journey, our focus remains on personalized service, premium experiences and complete peace of mind, backed by a licensed operation and years of direct experience running trips across Pakistan and abroad.

We had a wonderful and memorable trip to the Maldives with De Exotic Travellers. From the planning and arrangements to the accommodation and transfers, everything was well organized and made our holiday smooth and enjoyable. Our stay at Arena Beach Hotel in Maafushi and also had the opportunity to stay at a private villa at Malahini, which was a completely different and very special experience. A big thank you to De Exotic Travellers for arranging such a beautiful Maldives holiday for us. Their support and arrangements made the entire experience stress-free. We came back with wonderful memories and would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a Maldives trip. Highly recommended for a beautiful, relaxing, and unforgettable Maldives experience! 🌴🌊💙

We have had a fabulous time during the whole trip at Skardu. The magnificent hotels with breathtaking views and places we visited will be our treasured memories. Simply indescribable! On top of that, our trip was taken care of by our lovely guide and driver, Mr Latiff, who made it all smooth journey for us. We'd definitely will use this service again if we ever visited Skardu again.

We recently completed an 8-day family trip to Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi) arranged by De Exotic Travellers, and overall it was a very well-executed and enjoyable experience. All transport, tickets, accommodations, and theme park passes were arranged smoothly, which made traveling with kids stress-free. The visa was arranged within just 2 days, which was impressive. The itinerary was well balanced and thoughtfully planned. A special thanks to Ali Hassan, who was in touch with us throughout the trip and ensured everything went smoothly. Also, Humna helped us land a great deal in the first place — really appreciate her support. Apart from some minor issues (to err is human), the trip was memorable and well managed. Thank you to De Exotic Travellers for helping us create wonderful family memories!

My recent tour with De Exotic, taking my wife and me through the mesmerizing locations of Swat, Kalaam, and Malam Jabba, was a journey of contrasting experiences. The natural beauty of these places was beyond compare, yet the trip was marred by several service issues. The communication from De Exotic was not as clear as expected. We were assured of 24-hour electricity, but this promise was not kept, leading to discomfort. Also, the absence of Wi-Fi in hotels was a major downside, restricting our ability to connect with the outside world.Another letdown was the inconsistency in meal services, particularly when we missed our promised breakfast on the first day. For travelers who plan their day around such details, this was a significant inconvenience. On the positive side, the transportation provided was commendable, and the quality of hotels was generally good, adding comfort to our journey through these stunning locations. In conclusion, while Swat, Kalaam, and Malam Jabba are must-visit destinations for their natural splendor, the organizational aspects and service delivery from De Exotic need improvement for a more enjoyable and hassle-free experience.

I would like to thank brother Abdul Rehman and the team at De Exotic Travellers for our trip, we all had a lovely time experiencing the wonderful sights North Pakistan has to offer. Our driver Rashid was very pleasant and helped us significantly along the way and was there to provide support in our time of need. As you can imagine for us who do not live in Pakistan being stuck in an unknown place due to a road block can be a very daunting and stressful experience especially due to the fact we had children with us. I really appreciate you going above and beyond to make sure the remainder of our trip went smoothly and for your reassurance. True professionalism is shown in how a company deals with any problems that may arise and you and your team have proven your proficiency in customer service. Insh'allah when we return to Pakistan next summer we will surely be in touch with regards to another trip up north Take care and thanks again for such a wonderful experience, some of the most beautiful scenery i have ever witnessed and I have travelled extensively. What a diamond Pakistan possesses which the world deserves to see.

Dè Exotic Travellers is an exceptional tour company that offers unique and thrilling travel experiences to people who love to explore new places. I recently had the pleasure of booking a tour with them and it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the tour was well-organized and executed flawlessly. One of the main reasons that our tour was so amazing was because of our guide, Ahmed Mir. Ahmed Mir bhai, as he was affectionately called by our group, was an exceptional guide who was knowledgeable, friendly, and always went the extra mile to make our trip enjoyable. He was very professional and well-informed about all the places we visited. He provided us with insightful information about the history, culture, and people of the places we visited, which made the tour more enriching. Ahmed Mir bhai's attention to detail and organizational skills were impressive. He managed to keep the group on schedule and ensured that everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. From arranging comfortable transportation to booking the best hotels and restaurants, he took care of everything seamlessly. He even went out of his way to cater to our dietary needs and preferences, which was very much appreciated. The tour itself was breathtaking, with visits to stunning natural landscapes, historical sites, and cultural experiences. We visited ancient ruins, explored bustling cities, and enjoyed traditional music and dance performances. The highlight of the tour for me was the desert safari where we enjoyed a thrilling ride on the sand dunes and experienced a mesmerizing sunset over the desert. Overall, I cannot recommend Dè Exotic Travellers enough. They are a fantastic tour company that provides excellent services to their clients. And, of course, a special thank you to Ahmed Mir bhai for making our tour so wonderful. I would highly recommend him as a guide to anyone who plans to visit the places where he operates. He is a gem of a person, and his dedication and commitment to making our trip unforgettable were truly appreciated.
