Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance or full payment.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without notice.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy below:
Advance Payment Policy
Advance payments confirm bookings.
Advance amounts are non-cash refundable but adjustable for future bookings within 6 months.
Cancellation Policy
15+ days before departure: 100% adjustment for future bookings
7–14 days before departure: 50% deduction, remaining adjusted
Less than 7 days: 100% deduction
No-show or after departure: No refund or adjustment

6. Travel Documents and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and documents.
We are not responsible for visa rejections or delays.
Any losses due to document issues are the customer’s responsibility.

We work with airlines, hotels, and other providers. We are not liable for:
Delays or cancellations by third parties
Service quality issues outside our control
Changes made by providers
8. Liability Limitation
We are not responsible for:
Loss, injury, or damage during travel
Delays due to weather, political conditions, or force majeure
Indirect or consequential losses

9. Code of Conduct
Customers must behave respectfully. We may terminate services without refund in cases of:
