DE EXOTIC TRAVELLERS TOURS is committed to providing transparent booking, cancellation, and refund terms for all domestic and international travel services. By booking a tour or travel service with us, the customer agrees to the following Refund & Return Policy.

1. Advance Payment Policy

Any advance payment made by the customer will be treated as a booking confirmation amount.

• The advance amount is non-cash refundable.
• It can be adjusted for any future trip within 6 months from the original booking date, subject to availability and package terms.
• After 6 months, unused advance amounts may expire unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

15 Days or More Before Departure

If a cancellation is made 15 days or more before departure, the customer’s advance amount will be 100% adjusted for future bookings.

7 to 14 Days Before Departure

If cancellation occurs between 7 to 14 days before departure, a 50% deduction will apply, and the remaining balance will be adjusted for future travel services.

Less Than 7 Days Before Departure

If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before departure, 100% of the paid amount will be deducted, and no adjustment will be provided.

After Departure or No-Show

If the customer cancels after departure or fails to join the tour (no-show), no refund or adjustment will be provided under any circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Components

Certain costs are non-refundable once booked or paid to third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• Airline tickets
• Visa fees
• Hotel bookings
• Government or embassy charges
• Third-party service charges

These costs will be deducted from any refundable or adjustable amount.

4. Refund Processing & Adjustments

• Eligible adjustments will be processed within 7–14 working days.
• All refunds/adjustments are subject to confirmation from suppliers and service providers.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be made using the original payment method or adjusted toward future bookings.

5. Important Notes

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• DE EXOTIC TRAVELLERS TOURS reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
• Special packages may include separate cancellation terms, which will override this policy if stated.
